Hi, I’m Carol, the founder of Tiny TAG Threads — and more importantly, a mom and grandmother who understands what it means to search endlessly for clothing that’s gentle enough for sensitive skin and soft enough for the most delicate babies.

Tiny TAG Threads was born from my own experiences navigating skin sensitivity to everyday products, eczema, and allergies. I spent hours researching fabrics, cutting off itchy tags, and wishing there were more clothing options made with comfort, care, and medical needs in mind.

That’s how Tiny TAG Threads came to life — with a mission to make hypoallergenic, bamboo-based clothing that feels as good as it looks. Our styles are thoughtfully designed for children from preemie through size 12, with a special focus on adaptive wear for NICU babies and medically fragile children.

Hey there, Tiny TAG family! We know shopping for little ones—especially when they have sensitive skin or special medical needs—can be tricky. That’s why we’re committed to making returns and exchanges as stress-free as possible.

💚 Our 30-Day Promise

If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must be attached and packaging intact

• Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return

🔁 Need a Different Size or Style?

We get it—kiddos grow fast! If you need to swap for another size, color, or style:

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days

• Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the new one out to you

• If your exchange isn’t available, we’ll offer you a store credit or full refund

👶 Preemie & NICU-Friendly Clothing

Because our tiniest customers deserve the most flexibility, preemie and adaptive medical-friendly pieces are returnable as long as they are unworn and clean. If your baby has special medical needs, please email us at hello@tinytagthreads.com for personalized support—we’re here to help with sizing and accessibility.

🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@tinytagthreads.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return shipping label (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

🧸 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right ASAP—on us.
